New service provided by M+W Zander simplifies real estate evaluation

M+W Zander is offering new services for the all-round evaluation of real estate.

These new services make the management of real estate much simpler for M+W Zander´s clients. Companies can now take advantage of M+W Zander´s many years of experience in the planning, construction and operation of industrial facilities, laboratories, office and residential buildings. This service package, which is at present offered in Austria and in Germany, helps to locate hidden cost snares in the evaluation of real estate and to determine the development of its value for the next ten to fifteen years. The software used by the real estate evaluation experts from the Stuttgart-based Service Provider for Buildings and Production Facilities, shows what investment is required for the future and at what period in time such investment is required. The software simulates the effects of various investment scenarios and determines cost saving potential through the optimization of maintenance and repair measures.
