M+W Group – the leading global engineering and Advanced Technology Facilities solutions provider – will deliver an insight into future industry trends entitled “Next Generation of Wafer Fab Design” as part of a keynote address at SEMICON China 2016 (15-17 March) during the largest semiconductor trade show in China.
Shanghai: New cleanroom and semiconductor technology developments, incorporating the portfolio of high tech services displayed through 3D animated graphics, will be the focus for M+W Group at the event. The company will be exhibiting in Hall N1, near Entrance 1 at Booth #1,000 and will have a senior team of global executives together with experts from across China available. M+W Group is one of the largest participants of the flagship East Asia event, billed as one of the biggest growth areas for semiconductor manufacturing.
M+W Group will highlight the latest developments in the field of advanced wafer fab design in a presentation to stakeholders and the media during the China Memory Strategic Forum, to be held at the Kerry Hotel in Pudong, Shanghai on March 15th at 10:45 CST. Hartmut Schneider, Vice President Technology at M+W Group, will discuss key innovations including the implementation of advanced cleanroom recirculation air concepts as well as the impact of Extreme Ultra Violet (EUV) Lithography on leading edge wafer fab design. Furthermore, recent developments in cost-optimized energy efficient strategies and enhanced environmental protection, including regeneration of Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) filters, will be presented.
