M+W Group Executive Team now Complete: Wolfgang Homey Takes Over Finances
The global engineering and construction company M+W Group has completed its new Executive Board. Wolfgang Homey has taken up the responsibility as Chief Financial Officer effective from March 1, 2014. The 44-year old graduate engineer succeeds Dr. Hannes Rosenthaler who left the company in the course of the reorganization. Alongside Wolfgang Homey, the M+W Group Board team consists of Dr. Olaf Berlien (CEO) and Dr. Herbert Demel (COO).
Wolfgang Homey was previously Executive Board member and Chief Financial Officer at Hochtief Solutions AG, and had held a variety of commercial positions at Hochtief since 2000, among others as Head of Controlling at Hochtief AG. From 1997 to 2000, Homey worked at Eurohypo AG, part of the Deutsche Bank Group.
Homey studied engineering for spatial planning at the University of Dortmund and graduated from there in 1996.
