Jürgen Wild

Jürgen Wild assumed his position as CEO of M+W Group
in March 2008. The company is the leading global partner for engineering, construction and project management in the
fields of Advanced Technology Facilities, the Life Science Industries, Energy & Environment Technologies and
High-Tech Infrastructure.

After 12 years of service as an officer of the German Army, Mr. Wild started his international management career with Alstom in the power plant sector. Later, he worked in top management positions for various international power generation and engineering companies.

Jürgen Wild studied at the Universität der Bundeswehr in Munich and has a diploma in Aerospace Technology Engineering. He was born nearby Nürnberg, Germany in 1961, is married and has two children.

Dr. Hannes Rosenthaler
Chief Financial Officer M+W Group GmbH

Since January 2008, Dr. Hannes Rosenthaler is CFO of M+W Group GmbH, the parent company of the M+W Group. The doctorally-educated business economist focuses on finances of the globally operating group.

Dr. Rosenthaler was born in 1962 in Vienna, Austria. His last position – held from 2003 – was as Chief Financial Officer of the Austrian Energy & Environment AG in Vienna. In this position, he played a key role in the  company's international expansion. Prior to this, he held positions as Chief Financial Officer in a number of international companies.

Dr. Rosenthaler achieved his MBA at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU-Wien) in 1986 followed by one year at the University L. Bocconi in Milan, Italy before achieving his PhD in Vienna (WU-Wien) in 1988.
