Environment, Health and Safety - (EHS) performance is more than a priority for M+W Group, it is core to all that we do. For us it is about creating safe work environments and tapping into the instinct of every person to protect themselves and others. We help our people act upon this instinct by promoting safe work behavior and encouraging them to challenge the work behavior of others.

M+W Group has achieved excellent safety performance while constructing facilities in a wide variety of locations and cultures, and at times under very challenging circumstances. To accomplish this our focus is placed upon active risk measurement and risk control, relying on excellent planning and work execution by all personnel. 

As a result of the dedication of all personnel to a safe workplace, several employees have been internationally recognized for their outstanding contributions. The Safety Executive Leadership Team (SELT), an organization focused on improving worker health and safety, has presented the prestigious Heroes & Legends Award to several exemplary M+W Group employees around the world in recent years.
