The M+W Group is an engineering and construction group with its origin in Germany and a history of more than 100 years. In 2018, the Group has split its business activities, thereby creating two, distinct companies.

The core business activities operate under the name “Exyte”. Exyte comprises Advanced Technology Facilities (ATF), Biopharma & Life Sciences (BLS), Data Centers (DTC) and Regional Specific Business (RSB) in the defined target countries.

All other business activities, which are mainly related to energy projects, remain under the responsibility of the subsidiaries of M+W Group. All customer engagements and the respective projects will continue to be executed.
